Commissioner of the National Arts Plan, university professor, essayist and curator, has a degree and a master’s degree in Philosophy from the Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities at Universidade Nova de Lisboa. He was between 2015 and 2018 president of the International Association of Art Critics and is the author of several essays for magazines, books and exhibition catalogs.
