The Cultural Center of Fontainhas doesn’t exist. It is a speculative project to reflect on the “risk” in everyday life while imagining the socio-economic repercussions of implementing a cultural project in Fontainhas. For the workshop Laboratório dos Riscos Impossíveis the invited artists are Cecília de Fátima, Daniela Carneiro Lino and Los Sara Fontan.
