Curator and cultural producer. Graduated in Art History, she did a post-graduation in Curatorial Studies and is currently doing her PhD in Art Studies-Art and Mediations (FCSH-UNL). She was an art critic for the weekly newspaper Expresso (1999-2002), and a collaborator of the Instituto das Artes do MC de Portugal (until 2006). She was curator of the visual arts program of Instituto Camões in Brussels, under the Portuguese Presidency of the EU (2007). Main curatorial projects: – “Ana Vidigal: Ten Years of Parallel Works” (Centro Cultural de Lagos, 2005); – “Xana: Opaque Art and other Ghosts” (co-curator: Alexandre Pomar, Culturgest, Lisbon, 2005); – “New Geographies, Lisbon. Mónica de Miranda” (Plataforma Revólver, Lisbon, 2008; – “Deslocações, 4 perspectivas portuguesas contemporâneas: André Cepeda, Edgar Martins, José Carlos Teixeira, Tatiana Macedo”(CESE, Brussels, 2007; roaming in 2008-2009 in the Cultural Centers of the IC: S. Tomé/S. Tomé and Príncipe, Maputo/Mozambique, Brasília/Brazil, Luanda/Angola, Praia/Cape Verde); “Mundos Locais: espaços, visibilidades e fluxos transculturais” (co-curator Paula Roush, Centro Cultural de Lagos, 2008). She was coordinator of the INOV-Art Program from March 2009 to July 2010 and collaborator of the Gulbenkian Next Future Program (2011-2015). She is currently the coordinator of the Caixa Geral de Depósitos Contemporary Art Collection.

Participating in MEXE

• To participate in the actions it is mandatory to pick up a ticket at the spaces where they take place. The following projects are exceptions: Herbário Anticolonial and AS BRAVAS: um manifesto, for which registration must be made through mexe.org.pt

• Exceptions are the actions presented at Culturgest, CRL - Central Electric, Teatro Carlos Alberto/TNSJ, Teatro Municipal do Porto.Campo Alegre and Teatro Viriato.

• The ticket office will only be available one hour before the start of the performances, at the venue where they take place.
