Paisajes para no colorear (Landscapes not to be colored)
La Re-sentida
Paisajes para no colorear (Landscapes not to be colored) is built from reports of acts of violence committed against female adolescents in Chile and Latin America. This project is the result of sharing the testimonies of more than 100 adolescent girls, and analyzing news published in the media. The show gives body to stories that share the vulnerability of what it is to be a woman, underage, in these geographies. Nine actresses, report cases of their peers, placing the emphasis on the female: minor, stigmatized and disempowered in Chilean society. What are the socialization processes of Chilean adolescent girls? How do they see their country, its history, generational relations, and the present? What are the discourses, paradigms and social revolt of their time? How is the normalization of gender violence received?
