We live in an increasingly individualistic world. This reality is also reflected in our food. What if we imagine a different future and create it? Of greater proximity of who produces, who sells, who cooks in that act that we all do: eat?
In this new creation, residents and workers in the Fontainhas / São Vítor area, together, risk getting closer, getting to know each other and co-creating this momentary reality to feel the visceral flavor of a possible future, more sustainable.
